Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@ptcog-ao2026.com. Cancellations will be permitted only up to 45 days prior to the conference. In such cases, only administrative charges will be deducted. No refund will be possible for cancellations made within 45 days of the conference.
