ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract Submission Guidelines
We invite submissions of original research and clinical work related to all aspects of particle therapy. Abstracts will be considered for oral presentation, mini oral presentation, or e-poster display.
Important Dates:
- Abstract Submission Opens: 01st March 2026
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 30st June 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: 20th July 2026
- Registration Deadline for Presenting Authors: August 15, 2026
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations will be conducted during plenary or parallel scientific sessions.
- Each presenter will be allotted 8 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers.
- The presentation must contain a maximum of 10 slides.
- Slides must be prepared in 16:9 widescreen format.
- Presentations must be submitted in PPT or PPTX format.
- Presenters must strictly adhere to the assigned time limit.
- The use of personal laptops during the session will not be permitted.
- The final presentation must be uploaded in the Preview Room at least 2 hours before the scheduled presentation time.
- Technical requirements and any additional instructions will be communicated to accepted presenters.
Mini Oral Presentations
- Mini Oral presentations should be brief and focused, highlighting the key findings and conclusions of the submitted work.
- Each presenter will be allotted 4 minutes for the presentation, followed by 1 minute for questions and answers.
- The presentation must contain a maximum of 8 slides.
- Slides must be prepared in 16:9 widescreen format.
- Presentations must be submitted in PPT or PPTX format.
- Mini Oral presentations may be grouped thematically and conducted as rapid-fire sessions.
- Presenters must strictly adhere to the assigned time limit.
- The use of personal laptops during the session will not be permitted.
- The final presentation must be uploaded in the Preview Room at least 2 hours before the scheduled presentation time.
- Technical requirements and any additional instructions will be communicated to accepted presenters.
E-Poster Presentations
- Research work must be presented as an electronic poster in PDF format.
- The E-Poster must consist of one slide only in 16:9 landscape format.
- Videos, animations, and other multimedia elements are not permitted.
- The poster should be clear, concise, and visually organised. Avoid overcrowding the slide with excessive text.
- Each presenter will be allotted 3 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers, if applicable.
- Presenting authors must be available during the designated poster-viewing sessions for discussion.
- E-Posters will be displayed electronically throughout the conference.
- The E-Poster upload link and detailed upload instructions will be shared with accepted presenters closer to the event.

RULES FOR SUBMISSION
Please read the submission rules carefully before submitting an abstract.
Submission Method:
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the conference website only
- ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Presentation Type:
- Oral presentation, mini oral presentation, or e-poster presentation
- The Scientific Committee will determine the final presentation format
- The Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type
Presentation Categories:
- Oral Presentations: Full-length presentations in plenary or parallel sessions
- Mini Orals: Brief presentations (2 minutes)
- E-Posters: Electronic poster presentations
Deadlines:
- Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline
- Late submissions will not be considered
- Draft abstracts not submitted by the deadline will be deleted
Limitations:
- An individual may be presenting author on ONE abstract only
- Presenting authors must be registered participants
- Only authors who have paid registration fees by August 15, 2026 will be scheduled
Publication:
- Submission implies acceptance for publication in conference materials
- Presenting author must ensure co-authors’ consent
Originality:
- Abstracts must be original and unpublished
- Previously presented or modified data will not be accepted
Language:
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Conflict of Interest:
Disclosure of conflicts of interest is mandatory.
