ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract Submission Guidelines
We invite submissions of original research and clinical work related to all aspects of particle therapy. Abstracts will be considered for oral presentation, mini oral presentation, or e-poster display.
Important Dates:
- Abstract Submission Opens: 01st March 2026
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 01st June 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: 20th June 2026
- Registration Deadline for Presenting Authors: August 15, 2026
RULES FOR SUBMISSION
Please read the submission rules carefully before submitting an abstract.
Submission Method:
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the conference website only
- ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Presentation Type:
- Oral presentation, mini oral presentation, or e-poster presentation
- The Scientific Committee will determine the final presentation format
- The Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type
Presentation Categories:
- Oral Presentations: Full-length presentations in plenary or parallel sessions
- Mini Orals: Brief presentations (2 minutes)
- E-Posters: Electronic poster presentations
Deadlines:
- Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline
- Late submissions will not be considered
- Draft abstracts not submitted by the deadline will be deleted
Limitations:
- An individual may be presenting author on ONE abstract only
- Presenting authors must be registered participants
- Only authors who have paid registration fees by June 30, 2026 will be scheduled
Publication:
- Submission implies acceptance for publication in conference materials
- Presenting author must ensure co-authors’ consent
Originality:
- Abstracts must be original and unpublished
- Previously presented or modified data will not be accepted
Language:
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Conflict of Interest:
Disclosure of conflicts of interest is mandatory.
