Abstract Submission Guidelines

RULES FOR SUBMISSION

Please read the submission rules carefully before submitting an abstract.

Submission Method:

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the conference website only
• ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Presentation Type:

• Oral presentation, mini oral presentation, or e-poster presentation
• The Scientific Committee will determine the final presentation format
• The Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type

Presentation Categories:

• Oral Presentations: Full-length presentations in plenary or parallel sessions
• Mini Orals: Brief presentations (2 minutes)
• E-Posters: Electronic poster presentations

Deadlines:

• Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline
• Late submissions will not be considered
• Draft abstracts not submitted by the deadline will be deleted

Limitations:

• An individual may be presenting author on ONE abstract only
• Presenting authors must be registered participants
• Only authors who have paid registration fees by June 30, 2026 will be scheduled

Publication:

• Submission implies acceptance for publication in conference materials
• Presenting author must ensure co-authors’ consent

Originality:

• Abstracts must be original and unpublished
• Previously presented or modified data will not be accepted

Language:

All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Conflict of Interest:

Disclosure of conflicts of interest is mandatory.

   • Up to 20 co-authors
   • Full names and affiliations
3. Preferred Presentation Type: Oral / Mini Oral / E-Poster
4. Abstract Title
   • Maximum 20 words
   • Symbols to be written as words
5. Abstract Text
   • Maximum 350 words (including acknowledgements)
   • Structured format:
     • Background and Aims
     • Methods
     • Results
     • Conclusions
6. Abstract Topic
   • Clinical outcomes and treatment protocols
   • Medical physics and dosimetry
   • Treatment planning and optimization
   • Quality assurance and safety
   • Novel techniques and technologies
